Where is EyeSmile located?

EyeSmile can be found on the High Street in Whitton, Twickenham, only one minute from Whitton Station and twenty nine minutes from London Waterloo. We can be accessed with ease by car or public transport with parking available on-street, a short walk from our practice.

Do I need a referral to book a consultation?

No referrals are necessary. You can book directly with our team, whether you need a dentist, optometrist, audiologist, or you want to book a facial aesthetic consultation. We accept new patients without a GP or GDP referral.

Can I book appointments with more than one service on the same day?

The EyeSmile team will endeavour to book appointments with one service on the same day, based on availability. Each of our services are booked as separate appointments and we will co-ordinate them to enable you to travel to our practice once, which is useful for families or patients travelling a far distance to reach us.

How much will my treatment cost?

Treatment prices vary significantly. We have published transparent fees for dental, optical, audiology and facial aesthetics on our fees page. Every patient receives a personalised written quote after your consultation, ensuring you know the cost of your treatment before proceeding.

Do you offer finance or payment plans?

EyeSmile is proud to provide patients with interest-free finance options on most of the treatments we provide that are more than £500. These finance options are provided through our finance partners and are subject to status.; We also offer membership plans for routine dental and optical care. Call us now to find out more.

Do you take NHS patients?

EyeSmile is a private clinic and we do not provide NHS-funded dentistry. We do accept NHS sight tests for patients that are eligible. Contact us today to confirm your eligibility.

What payment methods do you accept?

EyeSmile accepts all major debit and credit cards, along with bank transfers, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We only accept cash payments for amounts of less than £500.

How do I book an appointment?

EyeSmile makes booking an appointment seamless, giving you a choice of methods. You can book online using our online contact form found on our contact page, you can give us a call during opening hours, or send us an email. We work with you to find a time that works with your schedule.

What is your cancellation policy?

Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask you to provide at lest forty eight hours notice.

How long is a consultation?

Your consultation time varies based on what department you are visiting. On average new dental and optical patient consultations can be anywhere from forty-five minutes to an hour, while our audiology and facial aesthetics consultations tend to be between thirty to forty-five minutes. Our team take their time, ensuring they understand your concerns, carrying out a comprehensive assessment, with honest feedback and recommendations that never feels rushed.

Do you see children?

Yes, we are a family-friendly practice and offer children's dentistry and eye exams. We cater to children aged three and over with a team that know how to make our young patients feel comfortable.

Are your clinicians specialists?

Our clinicians are all registered professionals with relevant regulators. We hold specialist qualifications in restorative dentistry and orthodontics, to myopia management and medical aesthetics.

What happens if I need treatment outside your scope?

Our multi-disciplinary practice covers the majority of routine and advanced private care. Should you need a treatment that is beyond our scope, such as oral surgery under general anaesthetic, we will refer you to a trusted colleague, liaising directly with them on your behalf.

How do you handle dental anxiety?

We understand that some of our patients struggle with dental anxiety that can cause you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Our team uses a calm and comprehensive approach, ensuring you understand every step before its carried out. We also offer longer appointments, working at your pace, topical anaesthetic, and if necessary, sedation from a visiting sedationist.

Is my data kept confidential?
