About these terms
These terms apply to your use of the EyeSmile website and to the private healthcare services we provide from our Whitton, Twickenham clinic. By using this website or booking a consultation, you accept these terms.

Clinical care
All clinical care is delivered by registered professionals: dentists (GDC), optometrists (GOC), audiologists (HCPC/RCCP) and appropriately qualified facial aesthetics practitioners. Treatment only proceeds after clinical assessment and informed consent.

Fees & payment
Current fee schedules are published on our fees pages. Fees quoted at consultation take precedence over website listings. Payment is due at the time of treatment unless a written finance or membership plan agreement is in place.

Appointments & cancellations
We ask for at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may attract a fee equivalent to the booked time to cover the clinician's time.

Finance & refunds
Finance is provided through regulated third-party partners and subject to their terms. Refunds on private treatment are considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with GDC, GOC and HCPC guidance on consumer protection.
